MINDY L. ZASLOFF
Mindy L. Zasloff Is a senior consultant affiliated with Strategic Partners, Inc. She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration. Mindy is currently an organizational consultant specializing in leadership, the human side of change, training design and implementation, communication skills, employee involvement and satisfaction, interviewing and selection, supervisory development, teambuilding, organizational structure, coaching and mentoring, diversity, and career development. Some of her clients include: Amgen, Arco, British Petroleum, Chrysler, Cisco Systems, Corning Nichols Institute, Freddie Mac, General Reinsurance, Grand Casinos, KPMG, Maytag Appliances, NationsBank, Nissan North America, Northrop-Grumman, Parsons, Seagate Technology, and Southern California Edison.
Ms. Zasloff has an MBA from Loyola Marymount University in Westchester, Los Angeles, and a BA from the American University in Washington, D.C. Mindy has spoken at numerous conferences on topics ranging from mentoring techniques to communicating for change. She addressed The American Society for Training and Development's International Conference on a consulting project, which changed the behavior of warehouse workers at Toyota to become more self-directed. She has taught a course she designed, "Employee Involvement and Satisfaction" at UCLA. Her article on widening the fast track, "Five Ways to Move From Exclusionary to Inclusionary Training," appears in the Jossey-Bass Training Annual of best training practices.
