She has over 20 years experience in training, organizational development, sales and management. Devon assists clients with talent retention, mentoring initiatives, career development, succession planning and leadership development.

Devon is a frequent speaker at conferences and corporate meetings. She holds an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California. Devon is the career consultant for www.MutualFundCareers.com, an online talent pool for the mutual fund industry. Her work has been published and cited in numerous newspapers, magazines and a college textbook. She is the author of The Personal Learning Model, a unique approach to bolstering on-the-job learning capacity. She is the co-author of Mentoring: A How-To Guide published by the American Society for Training & Development.
