JODI MCGILL
Jodi is a consultant affiliated with Strategic Partners, Inc. and has been extensively involved in learning and development projects. She has lead projects for clients such as Constellation Energy Group, Sandoz Pharmaceuticals, Crown Central Petroleum and the Food and Drug Administration’s Center for Veterinary Medicine; including managing the outsourcing of leadership training, leading a project team to develop an on-line learning center, serving as the project manager for a series of management development programs.
Jodi has been in the training and development field since 1988. She worked for Personal Computer Leaning Centers for 10 years as a trainer, training manager and director of course development and has done training and project management consulting for the past six years. She has extensive experience designing and delivering instructional courses, as well as managing instructors, course designers, and training programs. Jodi is an accomplished trainer who thrives on making learning enjoyable and memorable. Clients she has worked with include: MCI, Intelsat, American Chemical Society, American Diabetes Association, Arent Fox and LMI.
Among her accomplishments are:
- Design and development of an innovative train-the-trainer program to enable non-trainers to become effective at teaching others in both formal and informal settings;
- Creation of a sales and influencing skills course designed to help non-sales staff successfully accomplish critical goals that involved consultative selling; and,
- Consulting with clients on initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
Jodi has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Bucknell University.
