BETTE KRAKAU

Bette Krakau has over 20 years of broad and diverse experience as a organization development consultant in the areas of leadership development, strategic planning, organization change, team development and effectiveness, engagement and retention, career development, mentoring coaching, customer service and process improvement. As a senior consultant for Strategic Partners, Bette has significant experience in developing customized solutions to meet the unique needs of customers. She has been instrumental in leading projects that have delivered a high impact result and return on investment for Strategic Partners’ customers.

She has consulted, designed and facilitated learning with a variety of domestic and international organizations including Gillette Company, Pearson, 3M, T. Rowe Price, Charles Schwab, US Patents and Trademarks, World Bank, US Navy, US Health and Human Services, US Intelligence Community, BMW, Chrysler, McDonald’s, Sun Microsystems, Veritas Software, Solectron, Lockheed Martin, Grace, Prudential Insurance, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, State of Florida, Morrison, and Bank of America. Bette’s international assignments include projects with US AID and World Bank (Poland and Hungary) Singapore Airlines (Singapore and Malaysia), and Japan. She recently returned from volunteer work in Africa.

She has published several articles in professional journals and contributed to the books The Handbook of Best Practices for Teams in 1996 and 1998.
