Leslie Barnes Carson is a senior career management professional with more than twenty years of corporate management, entrepreneurial consulting and training experience in the areas of career development and management; consulting with client companies on strategic projects; training professional trainers; developing and customizing new products; and management outplacement.

She is skilled in facilitating group meetings and in consulting with individual managers and senior executives in Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries including OEM manufacturing; telecommunications; financial services; high technology; pharmaceutical; and health care. Currently directing an independent consulting practice, Leslie provides contract training services to career development and performance coaching companies throughout the United States.

Leslie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
