Who We Are

Strategic Partners, Inc. is a virtual organization comprised of 12 partner firms and approximately 30 independent coaches, trainers and consultants.

Our goal is to be the “go-to” resource for providing best-in-class, organizational development services via a national network of partner firms and our own cadre of senior practitioners.

As our name implies, we become partners with our key contacts in client organizations to solve their organizational development and human resources issues strategically. Our partnerships with organizations are based on long-term relationships between our principals and/or relationship managers and their key leaders.

Organizations engage many of our consultants, coaches or trainers, for various projects over a period of years. Some clients have worked exclusively with the same coach or consultant on a long-term basis, viewing them as a trusted external advisor. Other clients have outsourced the majority of their training and professional development programming to us, counting on us to design and lead state of the art professional development initiatives within their organizations.
